Payments & cancellations policy
  1. Reservations
    To reserve your charter dates a 50% deposit must be received to our account as listed below as soon as you are ready to reserve your trip. To reserve during Easter Week and Christmas / New Year the Deposit must be received 60 days in advance.
  2. Complete payment
    The balance of your Charter Package must be credited to our account 15 days prior to your trip to confirm all your services.
  3. Cancellations
    Cancellations need to be sent in writing to our main office in San Salvador via email or fax. Emails must be confirmed to you to be valid. If you haven't heard from us in 24 hours please resend your email so we can confirm your cancellation.
The Following Penalties per person are Applied when Trips are Cancelled
